For every body · in training

Train hard. Review your recovery context.

When compatible overnight evidence is available, Kairos gives a general-wellness readiness read and shows the signals that supported it. Use readiness, load, and sleep as context—not an instruction to train through pain, illness, or clinical advice.

Built for the work

Use the available evidence. Keep the decision yours.

Readiness, not guesswork

A morning verdict from available overnight HRV, sleep duration and REM, sleeping heart rate, breathing, and wrist temperature where supported. Sparse, prior-only baselines use up to 60 calendar days; missing signals stay missing.

Load with its inputs shown

Fitness, fatigue, and form estimates from supported workout history. Use the trend as context alongside how you feel; it is not an injury or overtraining detector.

The window, named

When the available data lines up, Kairos labels the general-wellness context and shows why. It does not prescribe a workout or override pain, symptoms, or professional advice.

No new hardware

Use the compatible evidence your watch records.

Series 8 and later may add wrist temperature after Apple Health has enough valid overnight data. Apple Watch SE can contribute supported heart, sleep, and breathing signals when available. Kairos shows missing or stale signals instead of promising a complete reading from a particular model.

Local by default

Explicit when data leaves.

Raw Apple Health samples, core scores, and readable training history stay on your devices. Eligible non-health preferences and purchase state may use your private iCloud. Optional Reed and Bloodline requests send only the categories disclosed before you act; the Privacy Policy gives the exact fields, recipients, retention, and controls.
