How much your body did, and the balance it strikes against your recovery. See whether you're building, holding steady, or asking a lot of yourself — and if you don't train, it simply stays quiet.
Every morning, Kairos turns the compatible Health signals available on your iPhone into one honest Reserve. An Apple Watch deepens the overnight and live picture, and Kairos shows the measures behind the read.
A recovered body. Spend it well.
This is the morning reveal. The sun crests, your number lands, and the day has a shape. One quiet ritual — then into your day.
Reserve starts from the readiness Kairos could support, follows your body clock through the day, and responds to compatible live effort and training load. It re-evaluates as compatible fresh watch readings arrive; the visible value is deliberately smoothed and can hold steady instead of twitching.
Where you start — the displayed readiness receipt from the overnight signals that were actually available.
Kairos applies its circadian model across the day, including the modeled afternoon dip and evening wind-down.
When your heart rate is up, you're spending some in real time. At rest, nothing is being spent.
Today's accumulated strain. A hard session holds Reserve down for hours, even after your heart rate recovers.
“A recovered body. Spend it well.”
When you want to know where your body is right now, take a moment. The breath is paced in your palm — gentle haptics, no counting — while Kairos reads your nervous system against your own baseline. Then it tells you, in plain words, how settled or charged you are, and why.
And when a minute is too noisy to read? It says so. No guess goes there, because that wouldn't be honest.
Your heart-rate variability is about 12% above your recent normal: a calm, recovered state.
Every Sunday, Kairos sits down with your week: the mornings you met, where your body age stands, the Reserve baseline you carried, how your heart is holding. Not a report card — a quiet reflection, and a reason to keep showing up.
Share it if you're proud. "My body is reading 5 years younger than the calendar this week."
A score appears. You're told to rest or to go. The reasoning is sealed in a black box, and the more you ask why, the less it tells you. You learn nothing about your own body.
A verdict in plain language, then each available signal that shaped it: overnight heart-rate variability, sleep duration and REM, sleeping heart rate, breathing, and wrist temperature where supported. Sparse, prior-only baselines use up to 60 calendar days; missing signals stay missing.
Kairos works from compatible signals available in Apple Health on iPhone. An Apple Watch can add overnight HRV, sleeping heart rate, sleep, wrist temperature, and live context where supported.
How much your body did, and the balance it strikes against your recovery. See whether you're building, holding steady, or asking a lot of yourself — and if you don't train, it simply stays quiet.
The morning verdict, drawn from overnight recovery, with the contributing signals behind it, each shown above or below your personal baseline.
Last night's architecture: the stages, efficiency and regularity, set against age-appropriate norms, and honest about how sure it is.
Not steps to follow. A handful of signals that matter — and the reasoning behind each.
When you want the whole picture, it's there — recovery, readiness, and the reasoning that earned the number. No dashboard to decode; just your morning, explained.
For readiness, Kairos can use sparse, compatible prior Apple Health evidence from up to 60 calendar days. It does not pretend every signal has a full baseline, and its readable morning-history timeline begins as Kairos records it. Raw Apple Health samples and readable Kairos history stay on your devices.
Scroll, and the morning opens. Each available signal counted in the result shows its direction, weight, coverage, and prior-only reference. Missing signals are named, not scored as zero.
Warm is above your baseline. Cool is below. That's the whole language.
Four of five signals sit above your baseline. Your body cleared yesterday's load.
Note a late coffee, a hard workout, a short night — and Kairos shows you, over time, how each one affects your readiness. Your own patterns, not someone else's rules.
For adults, Kairos combines available cardio fitness, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, and sleep-regularity inputs with age- and sex-aware reference context. Body Age is a probabilistic wellness estimate with a confidence receipt—not a biological-age test. Watch the trend more than the number.
For adults 18+. A wellness estimate, not a clinical or medical figure.
Choose a supported, legible blood-test or laboratory report. Bloodline transcribes the rows it can read, leaves uncertainty visible, and keeps the readable result on this iPhone. Processing time varies with page count, network, and retries.
Metabolic, lipids, inflammation, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidney, blood counts, vitamins & minerals — every one mapped to a canonical spine, whatever your lab calls it.
Your lab's printed reference range when it is legible. Where Kairos has a cited wellness reference, it names the source beside the bar. A range is context, not a diagnosis or personalized target.
"We'd rather leave them blank than guess — you can enter them by hand." Smudged names stay blank, flagged plainly. No inventions.
Each draw ends with a few starters for your next appointment — grounded only in what was read with confidence. Questions for your doctor, never a diagnosis.
Before each upload, Kairos explains that selected report pages travel over HTTPS through its AWS service to an AWS-hosted Anthropic Claude model in Amazon Bedrock for transcription. AWS states that Bedrock inputs and outputs are not shared with model providers. Kairos does not intentionally write readable pages or transcriptions to its server databases or application logs. Limited purchase, credit, anti-replay, held-upload, and non-content batch records remain under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. The readable result returns to this iPhone.
Bloodline is not medical advice · for wellness and education
watchOS does not expose a definitive wrist-contact signal to Kairos. Kairos uses the age and availability of compatible readings, keeps stale values stamped instead of faking them forward, and resumes updating as fresh evidence arrives.
Every reading carries its age. A signal must be current to count as now — yesterday's data is never dressed up as this morning's verdict.
Raw Apple Health samples, the core scores, and readable history stay on your devices. Optional AI services are separate and consent-first.
Reed processes the message, derived summary, memory, or meal image you choose. Bloodline processes report pages you select. Both explain the fields first; neither receives raw Apple Health samples.
Kairos meets you where you are — the same quiet instrument, tuned to your age, your activity, and your own normal. Not a 25-year-old's.
Activity and Readiness sit side by side so you can review the available recovery and load context. Use it alongside how you feel and professional advice; it is not a workout prescription.
Sleep, energy, and how the day ahead is likely to feel. A clear read on your body each morning — no workouts required, no jargon, no pressure. Notice when your body is working harder than usual — gently, in plain language, never an alarm.
You don't have to be training for a marathon to deserve a body you understand. Gentle, never alarming — Kairos learns what steady looks like for you, and tells you plainly when something shifts.
And as the years add up, Kairos can show supported walking-speed and steadiness trends against age context when those Apple Health readings are available. These are wellness context, not clinical vital signs. Notice changes; consider checking with your doctor.
Whoever you are, Kairos learns your normal.
Kairos keeps its core health history on your devices. Any future off-device processing must be described before it begins and use the consent required for the fields involved.
Log and review your sessions, and watch each one flow into your Activity and the next morning's read. Built on the Apple Watch you already train with.
Review estimated meal ranges before saving. Readable meal logs stay in protected, backup-excluded local storage on your iPhone and can be erased in Kairos Settings.
Everything new follows the same rule: local by default, explicit before selected data leaves your device.
Raw Apple Health samples and Kairos's readable core history stay on your devices. Eligible non-health preferences and purchase state may sync through your own private iCloud account. Reed and Bloodline are optional network services: only the fields described before the request are processed off-device, together with Apple-signed access proof and necessary connection/security metadata.
Reed: messages; a bounded display receipt of current and up to seven prior readings Kairos displayed; readiness factors, coverage, missing-signal and timing/freshness details; memory; up to 24 recent turns; today's meal totals; one request-time clock receipt; or a meal image/note you choose, all under Reed's version-5 in-app permission screen. The screen names Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Bedrock, and the Anthropic Claude AI model; its Allow button stays disabled until you check the permission control. Bloodline: selected report pages for transient transcription under an equivalent permission screen for each upload. Choosing Not now sends nothing. Raw Apple Health rows are not included. Exact fields, retention, recipients, and controls are in the Privacy Policy.
Washington and Nevada users—and anyone who wants to use the same route—can review categories, request access/correction/withdrawal/deletion, or appeal in our prominent Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
Kairos runs on iPhone, but its full readiness tabs require compatible heart/device evidence. Overnight and live detail are deepest with a compatible wearable, the relevant Health permissions, and enough real observations.
Can contribute supported heart, sleep, and breathing signals when the watch, Health permissions, and recorded night make them available. Kairos shows what is missing.
May add wrist temperature after Apple Health has enough valid overnight data; it is omitted when unavailable rather than inferred.
Uses the compatible signals that model and Apple Health actually provide; missing or stale observations remain visible.
We tell you exactly what your watch can and can't measure. Honesty is the brand.
