Which Apple Watch do I need?
Kairos works on Apple Watch SE and later. The SE gives you a complete, confident reading from four core signals; Series 8 and later add wrist temperature for an even more precise baseline.
Where is my health data stored?
Computed on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and never sent to us. Your history syncs only through your own private iCloud — there's no Kairos account, and no Kairos server that can read it. Prefer to stay fully local? Turn iCloud off and it stays on your device alone. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
How does the free trial and pricing work?
Kairos is a membership — annual with a 14-day free trial, or monthly — priced in your local currency and billed by the App Store. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime from your App Store account settings.
What is Bloodline, and where does my lab report go?
Bloodline reads a blood-test report you already have (PDF or photos) and sets each marker against your lab's own range and, where a cited consensus exists, an optimal zone. It's the one thing Kairos ever sends off your phone, and only with your explicit consent each time: your report travels encrypted through our server to an AI that transcribes it, is read once and never stored, and the results come straight back to your iPhone and live only there. Details in the Privacy Policy. Bloodline is not medical advice — for wellness and education.
Why do my numbers sometimes freeze?
That's honesty, not a bug. When you take your watch off, Kairos stops pretending: live numbers freeze with a stamp of when they were last real ("reading from your last wear"), and update again the moment you put it back on. Kairos never fakes a reading forward.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Kairos, and choose Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is Kairos a medical device?
No. Kairos is a general-wellness app to help you understand your recovery and train smarter. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical questions.
My readings look off — what should I check?
Kairos relies on the data your Apple Watch records overnight, so wearing your watch to bed and keeping it charged gives the most accurate read. Baselines also need a few nights of data to settle in. If something still looks wrong, email us and we'll help.
