Stages, efficiency, and regularity, set against age-appropriate norms — and honest about how sure it is. Sleep changes with age; Kairos shows you yours.
When supported heart or breathing evidence differs from your prior range, Kairos can show the change as wellness context. It is not an alarm, diagnosis, or substitute for clinical evaluation.
When Apple Health provides them, Kairos can show walking speed, steadiness, and related mobility measures over time and place supported results beside age-aware reference context. These are wellness trends, not a fall-risk assessment or clinical vital sign.
Notice changes; consider checking with your doctor. Wellness, not diagnosis.
Apple Watch SE and later models can contribute different supported signals depending on hardware, permissions, wear, and Apple Health availability. Kairos shows missing or stale signals instead of promising a complete reading from a particular model.
Raw Apple Health samples, core scores, and readable mobility history stay on your devices. Eligible non-health preferences and purchase state may use your private iCloud. Optional Reed and Bloodline requests send only the categories disclosed before you act; the Privacy Policy gives the exact fields, recipients, retention, and controls.
Through later life, use the evidence available and keep uncertainty visible.
Kairos is a general-wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. For any health concern, consult your doctor.
